Mach-Aire are a well established UK company, who over a period of nearly 20 years have been involved in the design and manufacture of Fume Cupboards and extraction systems. Their experience now extends to the design and build of Aseptic Pharmacy Clean Rooms as well as Isolators, Downflow Booths and other dust containment solutions.
Operating from their 3,500mē facility, Mach-Aire have over 65 employees, and have had ISO 9001 accreditation since 1996.
Mach-Aire are constantly developing new and innovative solutions, specifically tailored to meet their expanding customer base both within the UK and in their growing export markets. The Chinese market is particularly important, and Mach-Aire partner a Shanghai based company enabling local manufacture of some of their products.
The substantial client base includes many UK and Irish universities, NHS Trusts and private hospitals, building contractors and multinational pharmaceutical companies
In recent years Mach-Aire have been selected by two major pharmaceutical companies to assist them in the design of leading edge fume cabinets and associated equipment. This has resulted in a highly novel and unique solution allowing total flexibility in a laboratory environment.
Additionally, Mach-Aire have developed Fume Cupboards with reduced air volumes to give substantial energy savings, as well as Low Carbon Fume Cupboards, reducing their carbon footprint by nearly 50%. Continuous development along with a desire to provide the client with tailored, yet adaptable solutions have been the key to the ongoing success of Mach-Aire.
